We originate, secure, and develop large-scale digital infrastructure sites. We secure zoning, permits and other approvals, and reliable and scalable 24/7 power via grid access and/or behind-the-meter solutions. The integrated result: Streamlined speed-to-power, and therefore speed-to-market with reduced total cost of ownership in established but constrained locations and emerging locations.

Assessing and securing scalable power supply and grid capacity, market by market, from initial negotiations through to a signed connection agreement.

Assess, entitle, and secure the site

End-to-end technical, legal, and environmental due diligence, permitting, and site securing, run by local teams with a proven track record in each market.

Contract the power

Structuring power purchase agreements that keep the site's operating costs known and competitive.

One integrated model We combine site origination, permitting, grid strategy and energy integration into a single model handled by different teams.

Five factor screen Every site is assessed across 40 criteria and tested against five factors before we commit to advancing the project: power, land, network, natural hazards, and cooling.

Built for low running cost The result is a low total cost of ownership, secured large-scale energy access, and a clear path through construction to operations, in markets where power availability often is the limiting factor.
